SEGO LEWIS, LINCOLN ROBERT WRIGHT, CHARLES EDWARD, CHARLES LESTER 89, died peacefully THIENEMAN, Stephen Walter, Thursday February 11, 2016 after a fully lived life as a member of the Greatest Generation. He retired from J.J. B. Hilliard, W.L.

Lyons as Vice-President and Manager of the Starks Building office. He previously served 82, passed away on February 12, 2016. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and Merchant Marine. Red was a retired draftsman and all-around handyman.

He was an avid hiker and a contra dancer with the Louisville Country Dancers. He was preceded in death by his parents, 82, died Saturday, February 13, 2016. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Carolyn Combs Lewis, his sister Gloria Burgard, his sisters-in-law Edna Mae Veeneman Lewis and Patricia Combs Dayton and his three children Lincoln R. Lewis Jr. (Nancy Naughton), Linda Goodwin and Michael M. Lewis (Kathy); four grandchildren, Lincoln R. Lewis III, David Goodwin, Corey Pickering, Michael James Lewis; and three great-grandchildren Bodhi, Cassidy and Danielle.

A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Monday at Pearson's, 149 Breckenridge Lane with a private burial at Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Hosparus of Louisville.

He was a true student and teacher of love, compassion and loving-kindness, a faithful servant of selfless service, a dedicated friend, brother, son, partner, father and grandfather. We will remember him every time we listen, something he did passionately, patiently and effortlessly, and hold him in the light and love he held for all of us. His funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, February 15 at Church of the Epiphany, 914 Old Harrods Creek Rd. He also loved to ride his Harley. Jay was a free sprit, admired and loved by all who knew him. Too much love is never enough, and he will be missed by his family and friends forever.
