The official report on the deaths of Emerald Jade Fletcher and Johnny Skye Fletcher will say they died of natural causes, Sabet said. "SIDS, as you know, means exclusion of other possible causes," he said. At least two earlier cases of SIDS deaths among twins had been reported in West Virginia, he said. College, where he worked 33 years and served as director of teacher education, academic dean, dean of students, director of the Children's Learning Center and director of the Summer Enrichment Program for the gifted. He was district commissioner of Boy Scouts of America Daniel Boone Council, past president of Johnson City Kiwanis Club and a co-founder of Johnson City Symphony Board. He was a member of Tennessee Special Education Comprehensive Manpower Planning Consortium, East Tennessee Education Association, Tennessee and National education associations, the governor's Advisory Committee for Johnson City Schools, Tennessee Association of Colleges for Teacher Education and Johnson City Preaching Mission. Survivors: his wife, Barbara L.

Hubert Coogle, 78, of South Louisville, died Tuesday at a son's home. He was a native of Hardin County, a retired employee of American Standard and an Army veteran of World War II.
