A two-day search has ended in the discovery of the body of one Raywick man and the arrest of another. arrest is William Harvey Huber, 31, charged with murder in connection with the death of Thomas W. Nugent, 19, whose body was found in a shallow grave near Raywick. Nugent had last been seen alive Saturday afternoon after leaving his home in western Marion County. Nugent's family, after looking for him Sunday and Monday morning, sought police help early Monday afternoon.

The Marion County sheriff's department, the county rescue squad and state police combed much of the county for Nugent. They then focused their search on the Scott's Ridge area south of l4ywick after a resident of the area told Nugent's family that he had been seen in the vicinity Saturday afternoon. In the intersection of Scott's Ridge Road and Salt Lick Creek Road, near Huber's home, searchers found a pair of sunglasses and pieces of a motorcycle. Jn a wooded area nearby, they found more pieces of the cycle, oil and a wrench, indicating that the cycle had been dismantled. The search was suspended until yesterday afternoon, when volunteers could return.

About 10 minutes after they resumed looking for Nugent, they were told to stop. Police said Huber had called police, then directed them to Nugent's body, which was buried about half a mile into the woods from the intersection. Police said they believe Nugent was struck by a vehicle while riding his motorcycle, then was shot with a weapon. An autopsy is to be performed today. Huber was being held in the Marion County Jail without bond.
