Aitoclattd PrtJl INDIANAPOLIS Gov. Robert D. Orr granted clemency yesterday to a Louisville woman convicted of robbery. On recommendations from the Indiana Parole Board, the governor commuted the sentence of Shirley Chisholm, 39, to time served. She will be assigned to a work-release center for six months and must work for the same employer for at least three months before being eligible for parole.

Mrs. Chisholm was convicted of robbery in 1977 in Johnson Circuit Court. She was sentenced to 10 to 25 years in the Indiana Women's Prison. Orr said staff psychiatric and psychological reports on Mrs. Chisholm have been positive.

She is enrolled in business-education classes and is considered a good student, he said. QPEH DAILY WOQW-7 PM qp mm o.r, JSSl'i'X 5V 4208 Borditown Rd.
