Henry A. Boyd, 69, formerly of Louisville, died Tuesday in Houston, Texas. He was a former employee of the Kentucky Transport Co. and an Army veteran. Survivors: his wife, Dixie Boyd of Houston; two daughters, Donna James of Houston and Sharon Sutton; three sons, Gary and Ricky Boyd, both of Houston, and James Boyd; and a grandson.

The funeral was Thursday in Texas. John J. Buckner, 49, of 4317 W. Market died Friday at Humana Hospital-University of Louisville after an illness. Survivors: his wife, the former Eugina Smith; and a sister, Betty Fields.

Kathleen Compton "Dolly" Carter, 73, died Friday at her home. She was a member of Chapel Hill United Church of Christ and the Order of Eastern Star Brilliant Star Chapter. Survivors: her husband, George S. Carter; a son, Woody Carter; two brothers, B. W.

She was a native of Waddy and a Elmer Esterle's relatives sought The Jefferson County coroner's office is seeking relatives of a 70- year-old man who was found dead of natural causes in his home in the 200 block of South Clay St. in downtown Louisville yesterday. Deputy Coroner Robert Carter said Elmer C. Esterle was discovered in his home by neighbors.

Anyone related to Esterle is asked to call the coroner's office at 625- 6262. retired employee of J. C. Penney Co. Inc.
