LaVerne Hobbic Coady, 59, of Gilboa, N.Y., formerly of Louisville, died Tuesday in New Britain, Conn. Survivors include her husband, Robert Coady; two daughters, Cynthia Gates and Deborah Forrest; two sons, William E. Dettmer III and Gregory L. Dettmer; three sisters, Carolyn Hobbic, Leigh Kloepfer and Fay Roberts; and five grandchildren. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m.

Roy Bailey Hansborough, 90, of Okolona, died Wednesday at Highland Baptist Hospital. He was a native of Bullitt County, a retired attorney and a member of the Okolona Baptist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Dr. Nancy Green of Smithfield, N.C., and Mrs. Cherie Thames of Tullahoma, and three grandchildren.

Mrs. Bernice Brock Needy, 71, of the Kentucky Towers, died Thursday at Audubon Hospital. She was a native of New Albany, a former concession manager at the Louisville Zoo and a member of Audubon United Methodist Church. Viola Morey, Easter Seal's first director, dies at age 84 Mrs. Viola McDonald Morey, the first director and executive secretary of the Kentucky Society for Crippled Children, (now the Easter Seal Society), died yesterday at Episcopal Church Home in Louisville. She was 8 84. Mrs.

Morey was director of the society from 1926 to 1963. She was the first woman appointed to the executive committee of the National Society of Crippled Children. She served on that committee from 1942 to 1946. Mrs. Morey was past president of the National Easter Seal Executive Association.

She also was a member of the Kentucky Advisory Committee on Rehabilitation Services, the Governor's Council on Children and Youth, and the United States Committee of the International Society for the Welfare of Crippled Children. Mrs. Moray was also instrumental in founding the Frazier Rehabilitation Center in Louisville and served on its board of directors. Mrs. Moray was also a member of the Woman's Club of Louisville and the Altrusa Club.

She graduated in 1918 from Vassar College with a bachelor of arts degree. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Richard Dysart, and two grandchildren. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow at Calvary Episcopal Church, 821 S.
