Second. He retired from the Louisville Nashville Railroad Co. shops in 1958. Lucas was a member of Etowah Tennessee Masonic Lodge and the Scottish Rite. Survivors include his widow, the mer Beatrice Peoples; two sons, Carl Lucas, Middletown, and Glen Lucas, Lexington, five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday Marion Taylor (Chick) Miller, retired president of Modern Concrete Products Co. and grandson of the late Henry Watterson, editor of The Courier-Journal, died at 9:25 a.m. yesterday at Norton Memorial Infirmary. He was 73 and lived at 3807 Leland.

Miller, who founded the firm, retired as president in 19.Y7 when the company was sold. It is still operating under the same name. Miller was a member of First Christian Church, the Iroquois Post of the American Lesion, and the Elks Club of Tucson, Ariz. Survivors include his widow, the former Mary Harrod: a sister, Mrs. Kendrick Howell, South Miami, and two brothers, Watterson Miller, Ocean Citv, lUtl, and Kent Miller, Camden, S.C.

Albert Worthington, 82, of Gallipolis, Ohio, and formerly of Louisville, died at 5 a.m. Friday at Gallipolis. He retired as an employe of the U.S. Post Office after more than 30 years of service, Worthington was a member of Zion Methodist Church and the Odd Fellows of Jeffersonville, Ind. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs.

Clinton Smith, of Gallipolis, Mrs. Virginia Peterson, of St. Paul Park, Minn. Mrs. Edward Bennett, of Cincinnati, and Miss Cleon Mattox; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
