Wiley Lee Beasley, 31, of 428 Conrad, died at 12:15 p.m. and Rex Elwood Henderson, 40, 4802 Burkhead, Pleasure Ridge Park, died at 10:20 a.m. Chief Deputy Coroner William S. Anderson said Beasley died of a gunshot wound over the left ear. He was shot in an incident near Jackson and Jacob, The body will be at the R.

G. May Funeral Home, 719 E. Chestnut. Henderson, who was shot at his home, died from a' 20-gauge shotgun wound in the neck, according to Deputy Coroner Charles Proctor. Woman Charged in Shooting Before Henderson died, Mrs.

Alice Virginia Conrad, of the same address, was released on her own bond on a charge of malicious shooting and wounding in the incident. Her case was continued to Oct. 10. A construction worker, Henderson is survived by three sons, Rex E. William and Charles Lee Henderson; two daughters, the Misses Kathy Lou and Carol, Marie, Henderson, Henderson, Meade and his County, mother, Ky.

His funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at the W. G. Hardy Valley Chapel, 10907 Dixie Highway, with burial in South Jefferson Cemetery. The body will be at the funeral home after 6 p.m.

Wednesday. Two Kentucky Men Are Dead in Vietnam WASHINGTON (AP)-The Defense Department announced yesterday the death of a Kentucky soldier in action in Vietnam and the death of a Kentucky airman Army from Sgt. other 1.C. than hostile E. causes.

Bond said that the union was requesting dismissal of the case because it feared possible future activities of pickets-such as attempted blocking of delivery vehicles -might result in a contempt of court citation on grounds that the case is in litigation.

The case is scheduled for a hearing next month in Jefferson Circuit Court, he said. Bond said the union would stop picketing only when the health board agrees to meet with it and hear its grievances.
