Funeral Directors 7 Scrvirp employes began picketing General Hospital yesterday, but the hospital's normal operations continued without major incident. The pickets appeared at 6 a.m. two near the hospital's main entrance on Chestnut Street and two near the emergency entrance on Madison Street. Five pickets were on duty last night. Although the pickets did not actually attempt to block any delivery vehicles, drivers of a meat truck and a surgical supplies truck honored the signs and left without unloading, according to Thomas M.

Bond, of the AFL-CIO Building Service Employes' International Union, Local 557. Seek Dismissal on Injunction He said the picketing is in protest of the city-county Health Board's refusal to recognize the union as a bargaining agent for hospital employes. The union is also protesting the hospital's mass firing in November, 1966 of 22 employes who had signed cards authorizing the union to represent them. All of yesterday's pickets were among those fired. The union began organizing the hospital's employes in September 1966.
