Bishop William T. Watkins of Louisville will deliver the conference sermon at the final session. Sunday. He also will announce the assignment of ministers for the coming year. The Kentucky conference covers the eastern half of the state.

The first business session will be held Wednesday afternoon after President W. F. O'Donnell of Eastern Kentucky State College welcomes the visitors. Other business sessions are planned Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Board to Have Banquet.

The conference will open with the annual banquet of the Board of Ministerial Training, followed by the initial all-conference worship service. Wednesday night's program lists observance of the anniversary of the Board of Evangelism at which Dr. Cannon will speak. The five-day meeting will be on the Eastern campus. It will be the third consecutive year the session has been held in Richmond.
