Davidson, 75, Louisville engineer and inventor, died at 11 p.m. Sunday at Methodist Evangelical Hospital after suffering a heart attack. He lived at 4303 Taylors-ville Road. Davidson was president and treasurer of Andriot-Davidson Company, a Louisville engineering firm which specializes in drilling commercial water wells and handles pumping equipment.

He founded the firm in 1920 with the late Edward L. Andriot, and acquired full ownership four years later. Davidson held two patents on methods used in well-drilling and operation, and had also invented a device used to heat and cool a house by circulating water. Came From Chicago Davidson was a native of Chicago, but had lived in Louisville since 1918. He attended the University of Chicago, and was both a mechanical and an electrical engineer.

He was an early member of the Kentucky Society of Professional Engineers, and also held memberships in the Ground Water Institute and several other engineering societies. He was a member of the Episcopal Church. Survivors include his wife, the former Violet Spellen; a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Davidson Mnran; a son, Alex B. Davidson, Palm Beach, a sister, Mrs.

Helen Edwards, Chicago, and three grandchildren. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow at Pearson's Funeral Home, 149 Breckinridge Lane. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. MRS.

Barbee, 86, died at 12:40 p.m. Monday at her home, 4406 Parker. She was a native of Corydon, lnd. Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Hazel Kelsey and Mrs.

Florence H. Barbee; a son, A. Wheeler Hughes: a stepdaughter, Mrs. Nellie Molter; a stepson, C. Barbee; six grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Breslin, a native of Louisville, is survived by a daughter, Mrs. John J. Seitz: a son, James 1). Breslin, and five grandchildren.

Her husband died in 1928. The funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Bose Funeral Home, Barrett and Ellison, and at 10 am. at St. James Catholic Church.

Robert C. Zinninger, a retired Fort Knox civilian clerk, died at 4:15 p.m. Monday in St. Joseph Infirmary. She was 59.
