He was 57.

Doyle, a newspaperman more than 30 years, had been assigned by The New York Mirror to cover the arraignment of Dr. Robert Soble, accused of espionage. He called in his story and moments later collapsed and died. Less than a week ago a jail-breaker and bank robber, Ray Delano Tate, 27. on the F.B.I.'s for the merger, ts on file at the bank and may be inspected during business houra.

The body is at McDaniel Funeral Home, 4339 Park Boulevard. WAI.TKR B. RIEVK Walter B. Rueve. an architect, died at 4 m.

Tuesday at Norton Memorial Infirmary. Rueve, a native of Louisville, was associated with Ossian P. Ward here for 38 years. He lived at 319 Godfrey. Rueve was an Army veteran of World War I.

He was a member of First Lutheran Church and the American Insti-tute of Architects. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Henrietta Rueve; his mother, Mrs. Ben Rueve, and three brothers, Charles Edward and Arthur S. Rueve.

The body is at Heady Funeral Home, 1201 E. Oak. MRS. ROSA PHILLIPS Mrs Rosa Phillips, 83, died at 1:25 a m. Tuesday at her home, 2210 Franklin, Shively.

Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Patrick O'Malley, Vero Beach, Mrs. Marie Hosteller, Jeffersonville, and Mrs. Leatha Shuman; a son, Johnie Phillips, Pomeroyton, 15 grandchildren, 16 great-I grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 9:30 a.m.

MURPHY Miss Katherine J. Murphy died at 5:30 p.m. Monday at her home, 1823 Sils. She was a native of Louisville and a member of the Altar Society of St. Agnes Church.

Surviving is a sister, Miss Delia G. Murphy. The funeral will be at 8:30 a m. Thursday at the Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylors-ville Road, and at 9 a.m. at St.

Agnes Church. Burial will be in Cave Hill Cemetery. MISS LUCY S. COLEMAN Miss Lucy S. Coleman, formerly a piano teacher in the Crescent Hill area, died about 2 p.m.

yesterday at Ann Lynne Manor, Lyndon. She was 93. Miss Coleman had lived at 120 Pennsylvania more than 40 years until he was injured in a fall at her home about seven years ago. She had been in the nursing home since. She was a member of Crescent Hill Presbyterian Church about 30 years.

Wells was a native of Fort Wayne. He came to Louisville in 1927 and had offices in the Heyburn Building. He was a member of Kosair Shrine Temple. Louisville Oil Men's Club, and the Louisville Chamber of Commerce. Survivors are his wife, the former Sue V.

Spencer; a stepson, W. C. Spencer, Chattanooga, and a brother, Kenneth Wells, Angola, Ind. The family asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Kosair Crippled Children Hospital. The body will be at Pearson's, 149 Breckinridge Lane, until 8:30 p.m.

She was 71. Mrs. Gwyn, 812 S. 36th, was a member of Twenty-Third Broadway Baptist Church and of Francis Scott Key Council 84, Daughters of America. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs.

Margie Williams, St. Louis, Mrs. Georgine Hamon, and Mrs. Ruth Becker; two sons, Raymond and Cecil Gwyn; a sister, Mrs. Mary Wellenbrock; three grandchildren, and three greatgrandchildren.

The body will be at Owen Funeral Home, 2611 Virginia, after 5 p.m. Wednesday. The funeral will be there at 1 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

MRS. MARY MILLER Mrs. Mary Stutzenberger Miller, 3132 Oriole Drive, died at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Ann Rest Home. Mrs.

Miller, 85, was a native of Jefferson County. Her husband, Adolph, died in 1921. Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. E. W.
