Webb established the parking lot for the benefit of customers of his "drug store," where he serves a breakfast, has a beauty salon and smart gown shop, sells cigarettes at less than half, the advertised price, offers personally conducted travel tours, and sells more than a half a million dollors worth of bottled liquor annually. "Doc" put an old-fashioned three-ring circus on the lot "to sorta fill it up," and patrons of the circus have a hard time finding a place to park their cars.
